Well, I don’t know about others, but in this Country we need something that can instantly share the location with another person and since not everyone uses the internet connectivity all the times, there is a need for such an application that can send the location to another person, but with the help of an SMS. There are certain places and conditions that leave us with nothing but the SMS and if we have something that can let us share our Location with other person, or opposite, with the help of a single SMS, then there is nothing better.
GPS to SMS is an app that does the job and it does it with much smoothness. Instead of you taking a snapshot and then uploading it to any Messenger and then typing the message, with this app you can just tap the send button and use any third-party messaging app like WhatsApp, Messenger, Viber or any other messaging service to send the location. The best part is that you can save the location to SD Card for further use, and this app even works offline. It doesn’t run in Background. It supports Multi-Language. So many of us will understand what is written. The theme is set to Material Design, so it will look good no matter which Android version you are using. We will provide you the Apk file, so you won’t go through much searching to download it.
Nexus 9 is the latest Flagship tablet from Google, one of the most awaited and most demanded tablet of this year was finally available for both developers and Users. As anticipated, it won’t take long for anyone to root the device, unlocking bootloader is a piece of cake, but no one actually thought that it will be Chainfire himself that will root the device at the first place. For all those who are wondering who is Chainfire, he is the genius behind the Rooting method, both the Super SU and CF-Auto Root is the invention of this person. Well Nexus 9 was available only a few days ago, and today on the XDA the rooting method is available for Nexus 9 along with the bootloader unlocking script, which is by far the same for all the Nexus devices.
You are going to unlock the bootloader sooner or later, so don’t make my type of Mistake and unlock is right now while your device is still empty and you don’t have much data in it. I unlocked the Bootloader of Nexus 5 when it was full of data and it was such a sad moment for me, despite that I had a back-up of all my data. Rooting is your choice, whether you want to do it or not, but it is not that difficult, you should give it a try. We are not going to use CF-Auto Root for rooting, because for now, the 64-bit firmware is not supported, we are going to use the Old Super SU method, which might brick your device, so if you are not sure or not ready to do this, back off and do something else, you just can’t because there is nothing to do instead checking out this device. Without further ado, let’s continue towards the method.
1. This is only for Nexus 9!
This custom ROM is only for the device mentioned above. Make sure that your model number matches the one listed above. To do so, go to Settings > About Device on your device and see your model number. Flashing this ROM on any other device will result in bricking it so make sure that you meet this requirement first of all.
2. Battery should be charged at least over 60%
Make sure that your battery is charged enough to complete the flashing process. In case your battery is low and your device goes dead during the flashing process, you may end up soft bricking your device as it won’t complete the flashing process.
3. Backup everything!
Just to be on the safe side, you may consider backing up each and everything from your Android device. This is highly recommended so that in case anything goes wrong, you still have the access to all of your data and you can restore it immediately. You may backup everything as listed below.
Backup Media – Copy your files manually to your PC or Laptop.
The methods involved in flashing custom recoveries, roms and rooting your phone are highly custom and may result in bricking your device, and has nothing to do with Google or the device manufacturer that is Google in our case. Also rooting your device will void its warranty and you will be no longer eligible for any kind of free device services by the manufacturers/warranty providers. Incase of any mishap we may not be held responsible. Follow these instructions to the letter to avoid any mishap or bricking. Make sure that whatever you do, you are doing it at your own responsibility.

One of the most ignored part of Android mobiles is the Sound level and Volume. Users mostly go for a High-end device, just because it has more RAM and high Power CPU, but in the end after praising the device about its Speed and Performance, once they put on the headphones, or missed a call from someone special, then they realize that the Sound and volume of this device is not as good as the one owned by their friends, which as a matter of fact, Cheap and not a high-end device. I have seen many cases, in which a person is sad just because it goes after a high-end device, because of it amazing specs and find that the device does not have such sound boost as it suppose to have.
The same is the case with OnePlus One, the flagship killer device has won thousands of hearts all over the world, because of its awesome and amazing specs with such cheap price. However, the user have complained that they are experiencing some volume issues, that it is not as loud as they want it to be. The XDA community took such things way to seriously, and as always, they too provide the solution and this time, DARKCHYLDX101, has a MOD that will improve the Sound and Volume of your OnePlus One. There are Two Methods available, one is done through the Recovery and the other one is completely manually.
Microsoft unveiled the Windows 10 a couple of days ago and like any other Windows version, the developer preview or Technical Preview of latest Windows Image is available for download and Install, after a little bit of requirements and time. The main purpose of this preview is so Miscorosft can learn the Mistakes in the System for further updated, but also what else can be put in this Windows. Technically it is only for developers, but Microsoft has given the option to everyone and those who wants to try a little taste of Windows 10, they can fulfill the requirements and download and install the Developer preview of Windows 10, on the other hand, a great publicity stunt for Microsoft too, to promote the upcoming Windows without any help from 3rd party.
However, installing such things also has some danger, since they are beta release without any security at all, and also with too less compatibility, you can expect a lot of Crashes, unnecessary deleting of your data, lag, might be no smoothness at all, simply means bugs and issues will be at every corner of this Technical Preview, if you still want to Continue, ready your device and follow ahead. For that you will need a Machine with Windows compatibility, at-least 1GHz of Processor, 1GB of RAM for 32-bit 2GB for 64-bit and at-least 16GB of storage, a Graphic Chip with DirectX 9 or above an active internet connection and a Microsoft account.
Now all you need is to start the installation from the Boot Menu and follow on-screen instructions to complete the Installation.
That’s it, since it is only a Preview, it won’t take any long, after the installation, you’ll be directly taken to the Configure screen, from there you’ll see some of the nifty features Microsoft has ported in Windows 10.
Despite we don’t appreciate Physical Flashlights, yet they play a very important role in our lives, especially when you are a part of a Country, where load shedding is a part of everyday experience, you really need a Powerful Flashlight. Sine we keep our mobile phones to our closest distance, OEMs gave us a better option by letting us use the Camera Flash as a flashlight and on SonyDevices they even have a Mod to enhance the brightness level to extreme. Now if we want OEMs to put whole Flashlight thing in Mobiles, then we can pretty much understand how huge the size will be.
However, since we have a Navigator to find Keys and other stuff in Dark, and that navigator is called Mobile Flashlight, the only thing it misses is the awesome intensity, which one can only dream of, however, as I mentioned above, if you own a Sony Xperia Z1 and looking for a way to enhance the Brightness of LED light, we can help you in this matter. XDA member, olokos, has found a way to do it and has shared the Mod with everyone. As expected, installing this mod will increase the brightness of LED, but leaving it On for a Considerable time will sure to damage the LED of your Sony Xperia Z1, keen to know whether it works or not, just follow the guide and finds out.

Don’t mislead yourself with the .img as some sort of an Image file, the files with .img as extension have no concern with those graphical image files, but they contains the Raw data of an Optical disk, getting into details will not only waste your time, but as well as mine. In simple words, I can say that these .img file are just like zip or rar files and can be extracted using any Archiving tool and they are a Basic part of Android system and if you are more than a Basic Android user, than you must have noticed that every Android OS whether stock or Custom, must have a .img file, just extract the zip files you download or .tar.md5 files for Samsung devices, all contains .img files.
If you pay daily visit to XDA then you must have noticed that many time a Thread with Some devices System Dump is being uploaded there and most of the times users don’t visit such thread because they don’t know what it is, and others keep thinking how they extract the System dump of a Specific file, System Dump is derived by Extracting the System.img files found inside the Firmware files and Today we will show you exactly how it is done.
Most of the OEMs release their device in different variations according to localization, network connectivity and also storage capabilities and obviously the more storage the smartphone has the higher the rate will be. LG G2 was released in 2013 and was released in 10 different variants and two models with 16 and 32 GB storage. Now if you have purchased a 32GB LG G2 and because of a Wrong firmware flash or due to any other problem, it is showing 16GB instead of 32GB, what will you do, first thing, Freak Out! next thing, install any other custom ROM and if that doesn’t work either, start looking for the solution.
If you are looking for a solution to such thing then you are on the right spot, last time we posted the same thing about Nexus 5 and it worked like a charm, it recovered the Nexus 5 from 16 to 32 GB again. It mostly happens, when you tired to install a 16GB model firmware on 32GB model, sometimes it happens because of a hard reset. Many times it can be solved by restoring the device to the original firmware, if still not then follow the tutorial below.
Any OS whether it is Android or iOS have an App Store from where a user can download different apps, Android because of is open Source, is weak when it comes to pirate apps, one can easily download Modded Apk files for both free and Paid apps, while on iOS there are a few ways to do such thing. But there is one thing that both of OS lack, that you need to download the apps again and again without any power to turn them into executable files, so once can use them afterwards without downloading them again, on Android such feature is available via different 3rd party apps, on Apple Store there is also a way to create IPA files, but most of them won’t work.
iOS also features Cydia store for Jailbroken devices, the problem also arises there, once you have un-installed Cydia Tweak, you need to download it again and that is the spot we all hate. However, there are users out there who doesn’t cry over such thing and try to find a way to create .DEB files of Cydia Tweaks by peeking into executable files, so without downloading them, they can use them afterwards and even share with others. If you want to know how to create .DEB files and use them instead of Cydia, follow the rest of the Post.
Since the following tutorial needs an iOS device which is Jailbroken, you need to Jailbreak your device. If your device is still in its normal condition. Follow our Jailbreak Section to find out how to Jailbreak your device
